Where are your suitcases made?
Our suitcases are made in China using the finest finishing materials available to ensure high quality, durability, while maintain light weight and balanced pricing. Every product is thoughtfully designed and manufactured to add value to our customer’s everyday traveling needs.
What material are your suitcases made of?
Our suitcases are made from high-quality Polypropylene (PP) for durability and lightweight travel.
How should I care for my suitcases?
Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives, as these can damage the material. For tougher stains, you can use a mild soap and water solution. Just be sure to rinse the suitcase afterwards to remove any soap residue.
If you need to remove a stubborn stain, you can try using rubbing alcohol or vinegar. However, be sure to test these solutions in an inconspicuous area first, as they may damage the finish of your suitcase. Once you’ve removed the stain, be sure to rinse the area with water and dry it thoroughly.

What is the status of my order?
Once an order is placed, we reach out to you with a confirmation email at the time of purchase and at the time of shipment. However, if you have any queries, you can reach out to us at Info@rolluxluggage.com.
What if I need to modify my order?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse works swiftly to ensure a speedy delivery to your home.
However, please contact us at Info@rolluxluggage.com and we will try to modify it before it ships out. If we are unable to modify it before it ships out, you can initiate a return once you receive your order

What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use UPS, USPS, Fedex and Amazon Logistics Carriers for our delivery.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Economy (free) delivery will take 5-8 business days Standard delivery will take 3-5 business days
Where does Rollux Luggage ship?
As of right now, we only ship within the USA (not including Alaska and Hawaii). Currently we do no ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free domestic economy shipping for all orders within the USA
Can I get my order expedited?
You can select standard or express shipping at checkout for domestic orders. There is an extra charge for all orders that are expedited. Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to expedite it.
Order Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, we offer a 30-day exchange policy. You have up to 30 days after receiving your item to start a product exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

How will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
